Michael Kelley is a seasoned energy industry operations executive with over 20 years of bottom-up experience in the offshore drilling sector. In his various operating roles, he has been responsible for company-wide performance improvement, strategic planning, budgeting, projects, and
daily operating processes. He has participated in all aspects of initiating, integrating, and transforming company operations and culture in a highly fragmented, dynamic industry. He has experienced superperformance firsthand, having participated in the achievement of second-order performance improvements in health, safety, and environment; operating effectiveness; and joy in work. DAVID WAYNE
David Wayne, a statistician, educator, and consultant in the field of improvement science, is a member of the adjunct faculty at Temple University’s Fox School of Business, Management Science Department. He speaks frequently on topics related to process and system improvement and contributed chapters on planned experimentation and measurement system analysis to the Design for Manufacturability Handbook. He is an active member of the Committee of Experts for KEMA Registered Quality, an international standards body, and past president of the Deming Study Group of Dallas, Texas. He is also the improvement sciences advisor to the Society of Chest Pain Centers, a national registration and certification body whose aim is to improve prevention and treatment of chest pain.

Gregg Stocker possesses over 20 years experience in a variety of disciplines including operations, manufacturing, human resources, quality, and strategic planning. He has extensive international
experience, including successfully leading ICO Holland, BV, a $65 million business in The Netherlands.

Dave is the co-founder and CEO of Corpus Optima. He is the originator and leading exponent on the new theory and practice of Superperformance.
